Authorize the Office of Highway Safety to enter into a contractual agreement with the Capital Hotel Company LLC d/b/a Courtyard Marriott/Grappone Conference Center, Concord, NH, to serve as the host site for the 2019 NH Office of Highway Safety Conference scheduled for November 25, 2019. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
