Authorize to retroactively enter into a subgrant with the Merrimack County Department of Corrections, Boscawen, NH, in an amount not to exceed $33,630, from the Federal Fiscal Year 2018 Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Formula Grant, for the purpose of assisting in the implementation and preservation of a substance abuse treatment and community-based aftercare service program. Effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
