Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #17), to provide mobile crisis services and supports and Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness Program services to individuals who are in crisis related to their opioid use or post opioid overdose, by increasing the price by $112,844 from $1,131,240 to $1,244,084 with no change in the completion date of September 29, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
