Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Granite Pathways, Concord, NH, to provide housing supports to individuals with Substance Use Disorders who are either re-entering the community after incarceration or who are participating in the NH drug court program, in an amount not to exceed $950,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2020. 100% Other Funds.
