Authorize the Bureau of Mechanical Services to retroactively contract with various private contractors to assist with winter maintenance activities, emergency repair of infrastructure due to flooding or other unexpected natural disasters, along with highway and bridge maintenance efforts. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021.
