Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to pay the Greater Derry-Salem Cooperative Alliance for Regional Transportation (CART), Londonderry, NH, to provide half of the funds required to match Federal Transit Administration grant funds for eligible revenue rolling stock and related capital equipment to support CART.
