Description
Authorize to accept and place on file the Bureau of Highway Maintenance plans to increase the hourly rental rates for private contracted rental equipment including winter maintenance plow and hauling trucks by 10% consistent with the approved Fiscal Year 2020 and 2021 budget, for five year terms, with the option to exercise an additional five years upon G&C approval. Funding is through the Highway & Turnpike Fund.
