Authorize the Bureau of School Finance, to enter into a sole source contract with RWS Technology LLC, Gilford, NH, to execute the expansion, development and implementation of a web-based financial reporting system, and augmentation of the Grants Management System, in an amount not to exceed $168,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
