Authorize to enter into a contract with D.L. King & Associates Inc., Merrimack, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,599,000, for North Hampton Salt Shed Replacement project. (2) Further authorize payment in the amount of $45,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for project management and engineering services. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion of construction administration services, estimated to be August 31, 2026, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Capital Funds
