Informational Item – Pursuant to the provisions of MOP 150 VII, C, the Department of Administrative Services has entered into a contract with Sprague Operating Resources LLC, Portsmouth, NH, for Firm Natural Gas Supply. The term became effective upon Commissioner approval on June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2028, with the option to extend for up to an additional four years thereafter under the same terms, conditions, and pricing structure.
