Description
Authorize to exercise renewal options and amend an existing sole source agreement with the vendors as detailed in letter dated August 29, 2019 (originally approved by G&C on 2-21-18, item #12A), for the provision of case management services and culturally and linguistically appropriate activities for refugees 60 years of age or older in order to promote community integration, naturalization, health, and mental health, by increasing the total price by $150,000 from $100,000 to $250,000, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2019 to September 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
