Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Alvin J. Coleman & Son Inc., Conway, NH, for pavement rehabilitation and intersection improvements along NH 16 from NH 28 northerly 1.2 miles, on the basis of a low bid of $3,834,267. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $268,398.69 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 25, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
