Authorize, pursuant to a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Environmental Services (originally approved by G&C on 1-23-19, item #76), expenditures from the Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund with the list of public schools as detailed in letter dated August 21, 2019. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water Trust Fund.
