Description
Authorize the Risk Management Unit to enter into a contract with Application Software Inc., d/b/a ASIFlex, to administer the Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Reimbursement Arrangements programs for state employees, in an amount not to exceed $431,100. Effective January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2022, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. Approximately 17% General, 8% Federal, 2% Enterprise, 5% Highway, 1% Turnpike, 67% Other Funds.
