Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Mark Carrier Construction Inc., Manchester, NH for the Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services’ Raymond Bisson Renovations – Phase III, Rochester, NH, for a total price not to exceed $891,825. 21% General, 79% Federal Funds. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $60,000 for unanticipated expenses, bringing the total to $951,825. 100% Federal Funds. (3)Further authorize the amount of $42,300 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $994,125. Effective upon G&C approval through March 16, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
