Authorize the Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services to accept and expend State Opioid Response Grant Funds from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #9), in the amount of $35,267,411 on a pro rata basis from August 31, 2019 through September 30, 2019. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. (2)Further authorize to amend item #19, originally approved by G&C on July 31, 2019, to establish six full-time temporary positions utilizing State Opioid Response grant funds, by extending the end dates from August 31, 2019 to September 30, 2019. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on August 28, 2019.
