Authorize to retroactively amend item #16, originally approved by G&C on February 20, 2019 to establish full-time temporary positions, utilizing funds from the Centers for Disease Control and prevention to fund the Chronic Disease Programs, by extending the position end dates from June 30, 2019 to September 30, 2019. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. (2)Further authorize to retroactively accept and expend federal funds in the amount of $88,619 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to fund the Combined Chronic Disease Program. Effective July 1, 2019 through September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on August 28, 2019.
