Authorize to amend an existing sole source agreement with Bi-State Primary Care Association Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-11-18, item #11), to continue providing recruitment services for primary care healthcare, dental and behavioral health professionals to medically underserved areas of NH, by modifying the scope of service with no change to the price limitation of $654,000 and no change to the completion date of June 30, 2020.
