Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with Waypoint, Manchester, NH, to provide services to run away and homeless youth along with the State Grant in Aid Homeless Assistance program services to youth, by increasing the vendor’s price by $300,000 from an existing shared price of $7,000,000 to $7,300,000, of which $7,000,000 will be shared among all vendors in the table as detailed in letter dated August 12, 2019. Effective upon G&C approval through the original completion date of June 30, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
