Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively amend a contract with HDR Engineering, Inc., Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7/15/20) for preliminary design of improvements to NH Route 1A (Ocean Boulevard) in the Town of Hampton, NH, by extending the completion date from March 31, 2025 to March 31, 2026. (2) Further authorize to increase the fee, in the amount of $644,186.29, from $2,228,720.15 to $2,872,906.44. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
