Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit to enter into a retroactive Interstate Coordination Agreement with the State of Vermont Agency of Transportation, for the management of a transportation project known as the Tri-State Regional Rail Upgrade CRISI(24), as detailed in the letter dated June 20, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval from May 9, 2024 through October 31, 2027.
