Description

Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively accept and expend Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for March Severe Winter Storm and Severe Storms and Flooding in the amount of $544,680 for the implementation of cost effective mitigation projects. Effective July 1, 2019 through September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on August 28, 2019.
