Authorize to transfer among accounts within “HLS Exercise Grants” and “HLS Training Grants” in the amount of $35,866 for anticipated shortages for the Fiscal Year 2020. This request is to re-align funds for the purpose of executing the mission of the Homeland Security Grant Funding at the local and state level. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on August 28, 2019.
