Authorize to enter into a retroactive subgrant agreement with the NH Department of Safety, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $70,985, utilizing funds from the Federal Fiscal Year 2018 US Department of Justice’s National Institute of Justice, Paul Coverdell National Forensic Science Improvement Act Grant Program for the purpose of purchasing a Fournier-transform Infrared Spectrophotometer drug analysis tool, for drug analyst overtime, for lab certification maintenance, and for lab personnel training. Effective January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
