Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to award a grant to the Pease Development Authority to conduct a Federal Aviation Administration agreement to provide navigational aid flight checks and technical support to facilitate the reconstruction of Runway 16/34 at the Portsmouth International Airport at Pease, Portsmouth, NH, in the amount of $137,208.50. Effective upon G&C approval through July 15, 2023. 95% Federal, 5% General Funds.
