Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to enter into a license agreement with Public Service Company of NH, dba Eversource Energy, to allow PSNH through a parcel of land owned by the DOT that is located on the Westerly side of Interstate 93 in the Town of Hooksett, to maintain utility rights that pass through these properties. Effective upon G&C approval. No Funding is involved.
