Authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend federal pass-through funds in the amount of $16,921 from the Office of Highway Safety entitled “Department of Safety Forensic Laboratory Equipment Training” to continue training Forensic staff in relation to the new Preliminary Breath Tests and Intoxilyzer 9000 equipment recently purchased. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2019. 100% Agency Income.
