Authorize to make transfers from the Salary Adjustment Fund to agency permanent personnel salary accounts after approval by the Director of the Division of Personnel, during the period of August 14, 2019 to July 17, 2020 (anticipated extended year end closing date) for transfers related to fiscal year 2020 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter or the year end closing date. (2)Further authorize to make transfers from the Benefit Adjustment Fund to agency benefit accounts during the period of August 14, 2019 to July 17, 2020 (anticipated extended year end closing date) for transfers related to fiscal year 2020 and to report transfers made as soon as practical after each quarter or the year end closing date.
