Authorize the Bureau of Infectious Disease Control to retroactively accept and expend federal funds in the amount of $3,729,727 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to fund the Public Health Crisis Fund. Effective July 1, 2019 through September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval.
