Authorize the Bureau of Drug & Alcohol Services to accept and expend State Opioid Response Grant Funds from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration in the amount of $35,267,411 on a pro rata basis (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #9). Effective July 31, 2019 through September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds. (2)Further authorize to retroactively amend item #10, originally approved by G&C on October 3, 2018, to establish six full-time, temporary positions utilizing State Opioid Response grant funds, by extending the end dated from June 30, 2019 to September 30, 2019. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval.
