Authorize Legal and Regulatory Services to enter into retroactive agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated July 11, 2019, to provide complaint investigation services by conducting investigations of alleged abuse, neglect, exploitation, and rights violations, of persons applying for, eligible for, or receiving services from area agencies, developmental services or acquired brain disorder programs, in an amount not to exceed $470,000. Effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021. 100% Other Funds.
