Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for pavement maintenance and preservation, on the basis of a low bid of $4,385,306.31. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $219,265.32 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 28, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
