Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to amend a contract with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. (originally approved by G&C on 10-7-15, item #29), to perform the second phase of a turnpike transportation system upgrade along 3 miles of the F.E. Everett Turnpike (I-293) through Exits 6 and 7 in the City of Manchester, by increasing the total by $143,954.67 from $2,321,800.21 to $2,465,754.88 for additional design services, and by extending the completion date retroactively from May 31, 2019 to December 31, 2019. 100% Turnpike Funds.
