Description

Authorize to retroactively accept and expend funds in the amount of $336,304 received from the NH Department of Health and Human Services, to provide State Opioid Response funding for substance use disorder case management services, medication assisted treatment, treatments referrals, transitional services to community resources upon release, and post-reentry community care for the population of the NHDOC. (2)Further authorize to retroactively amend item #57, originally approved by G&C on February 20, 2019, by extending two full-time temporary Program Coordinator positions, labor grade 26, in class 059, for the purpose of Re-Entry Care for the NHDOC, Division of Community Corrections, in support of the federally funded State Opioid Response grant. (3)Further authorize to amend item #35, originally approved by G&C on March 7, 2018, by extending the one full time temporary Program Coordinator position, labor grade 26, in class 059, for the purpose of Re-Entry Care for the NHDOC, Division of Community Corrections in support of the federally funded SOR Grant. Effective July 1, 2019 through September 30, 2019. 100% Transfer from Other Agency. Fiscal Committee approved.
