Description
Authorize, on a retroactive sole source basis, to amend a contract with Optimal Energy Inc., Hinesburg, VT, originally approved by G&C on 9-27-17, item #41), to provide expert services to support the OCS’s participation in proceedings related to energy efficiency and grid modernization before the NH Public Utilities Commission, by increasing the amount by $170,000 from $150,000 to $320,000, and by extending the expiration date from June 30, 2019 to September 30, 2019. Fiscal Committee approved.
