Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the NH Fish and Game Department for the purpose of providing Off Highway Recreational Vehicle Enforcement Patrols. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend payments not to exceed $6,340 to be made by NHF&G in accordance with the terms of the MOA. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 100% Other Funds.
