Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to a contract with Busby Construction Co Inc., Atkinson, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #193), for additional repair work on the sewer force main located near Pendelton Beach, Laconia, by increasing the amount by $305,500 from $323,000 to $628,500. (2)Further authorize to increase the contingency amount by $66,000 from $32,000 to $98,000, to cover unforeseen work that may occur. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2019. 100% Winnipesaukee River Basin Program Funds.
