Authorize, contingent upon approval of requested action #2, the Division of Grants Management, Grants Administration Unit, to retroactively amend item #51, originally approved by G&C on July 27, 2019, by extending the end date from June 30, 2019 to September 30, 2019 for one class 059 temporary full time Criminal Justice Program Specialist, LG 24, position to assist the management of the Victim of Crime Act Grant and other grants and grant reconciliations as needed. (2)Further authorize to retroactively amend item #51, originally approved by G&C on July 27, 2018, by extending the end date from June 30, 2019 to September 30, 2019 to accept and expend funds from the Department of Justice, Division of Grants management, Federal Victims of Crime Act funds in the amount of $25,190 for the purpose of budgeting for a full time temporary Criminal Justice Program Specialist. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
