Authorize the Federal Surplus Distribution to enter into a contract with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH, to coordinate and provide statewide Surplus Food Distribution for Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Program, for a total amount not to exceed $1,024,705. Effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2022, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. 100% Federal Funds.
