Authorize to retroactively exercise a renewal option and amend existing sole source agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated June 19, 2019, for the continuation of Student Assistance Program services, by increasing the price by $120,000 from $3,362,551 to $3,482,551 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2020. 97% Federal, 3% General Funds.
