Authorize to enter into a contract with Synapse Energy Economics Inc., Cambridge, MA, to provide expert services to support the participation of the OCA in NEPOOL (the stakeholder advisory group to ISO New England, which operates the region’s electricity grid and related wholesale markets) as time and budget allow for an amount not to exceed $60,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 100% Public Utility Assessment.
