Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Dr. Patricia Ogera, Providence, RI, as a substitute medical examiner to aid the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for the periods of August 10-12, 2019, and August 31, 2019 to September 2, 2019, for a total not to exceed $12,000. Effective upon G&C approval through November 4, 2019. 100% General Funds.
