Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Charters Brothers Construction LLC, Danville, NH, for the Adjutant General Department’s Thomas Hall Renovations, Center Strafford, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,137,232. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $50,000 for unanticipated site expenses, bringing the total to $1,187,232. (3)Further authorize the amount of $65,650 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $1,252,882. Effective upon G&C approval through February 29, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
