TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Cryans, seconded by Councilor Volinsky, voted to table the request the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease of a 65,100 square foot parcel of State-owned land located on the Northern Railroad Corridor in the City of Lebanon to Rymes Heating Oils Inc., for $21,538. Effective June 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020.
