Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Conduent State Healthcare LLC (formerly known as Xerox State Health Care LLC), Atlanta, GA (originally approved by G&C on 12-7-05, Late Item C), to develop, operate, and transition the State’s Medicaid Management Information System, by increasing the price by $2,556,648 from $251,565,206 to a new amount not to exceed $254,121,854.
