Authorize to exercise renewal options to agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated May 16, 2019, (originally approved by G&C on 6-21-17, item #39C), to continue providing legal representation at involuntary emergency admission probable cause hearings, by increasing the price by $332,196 from $332,196 to $664,392, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2021. 100% General Funds.
