Description
Authorize the Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the NH State Liquor Commission, Concord, NH, for the provision of surveillance and related activities of youth access to and use of tobacco and alcohol products, in an amount not to exceed $210,000. Effective July 1, 2019 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2021. 48% Federal, 52% Other Funds.
