Description
Authorize to retroactively renew the Lease Agreement with the Town of Kingston, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7/14/00, Item #68) per RSA 4:40 and Section 1 of the Lease. Update the Lease language and extend the termination date from January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2050, ensuring the continued use of 4.1 acres of state-owned property as a Town managed public area that supports local recreation. This is a no-cost time extension.
