Authorize to enter into an agreement with Southern NH Services, Manchester, NH, to provide a Combined Services Program that will assist individuals who are low-income with building the skills, knowledge and work habits necessary to obtain and retain gainful employment in occupations that support long-term self-sufficiency, in an amount not to exceed $10,270,058. Effective July 1, 2019 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through September 30, 2021. 75% Federal, 25% General Funds.
