Authorize to exercise a renewal option and amend an existing agreement with Amy Tuller, Norwich, VT, to continue to provide Registered Dietitian Services to the residents at Glencliff Home, by increasing the price by $78,200 from $156,400 to an amount not to exceed $234,600. Effective July 1, 2019 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2021. 20% General, 80% Agency Funds.
